Returns
Any purchase from Senna except accessories, swim, final sale items and gift cards can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Items must also be free of deodorant or makeup stains, and be in perfect condition. If your items fail to meet these terms your return will be denied and shipped back to you.
Item(s) must be sent to us within 30 days from the day you received them. If they are not returned in this time frame, your return will not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Send an email to hellosennastyle@gmail.com with your order number and return request.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
If you purchased an item from the sale section on our website it is non-returnable. Products discounted 30% off or more are also final sale and non-returnable. For hygienic reasons, accessories and swimwear are final sale. We do not accept returns or give store credit for final sale items or gift cards.
DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
